Rooftop solar in India has a trust problem
The government is offering subsidies of up to ₹1,08,000 through the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. The economics make sense for almost every homeowner. And yet, most people in Noida still haven’t gone solar. Not because they don’t want to. Because they don’t know who to trust.
The market is full of companies that quote low, use cheap panels, skip proper mounting, and disappear after installation. Some are aggregators based in other cities who subcontract the actual work to whoever’s available locally. When something goes wrong, there’s nobody to call.
We started Solar Oorja to do this differently. A local Noida company, with our own installation team, using only premium components, handling everything from site survey to subsidy disbursement. No subcontracting. No shortcuts. No disappearing after the cheque clears.

What Solar Oorja Does
We’re an EPC company. That stands for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction. In plain language, it means we handle the entire solar installation process ourselves. We don’t outsource any part of it.
Engineering
Nitin and his team assess your roof, calculate your electricity needs, and design a system sized for your actual consumption. Not a generic kit pulled off a shelf.
Procurement
We source panels, inverters, mounting structures, and wiring directly from Tata Power Solar, Adani Solar, and Enphase. Everything is BIS-certified. We don’t use unbranded or grey-market components.
Construction
Our own trained installation crew does the work. We use zero-drill, non-penetrating mounting technology, which means no holes drilled into your roof slab. We back this with a ₹1 Lakh guarantee against water leakage from our installation.
After installation, we handle the NPCL or UPPCL net metering application, coordinate the meter installation, and process your PM Surya Ghar subsidy. You get the subsidy in your bank account without chasing anyone.
We install residential solar systems from 1kW to 10kW and commercial solar systems from 5kW to 500kW. Our residential systems include on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid configurations depending on your power backup needs.
